In the name of God amen I ralph shooe of the Parish of Egton in the County of York yeaman being weak in Body but of sound and perfect memory praised be god do make & ordane this my last will and Testament in manner and form following and I first give my Body to be buried after my Decease in a decent manner at the Descretion of my Executor hereafter mentioned and as to the Disposal of my worldly and Personal Estate wheirwith the Lord hath blessed me  I do heir by give & devise the same in manner & form following first I give & devise unto my Dearly Beloved wife Ann five pound a yeair for her Life and five pound at her decease to buried her the five pounds a yeair duiren her Life to be pade her quairly by my Executor then after my decease my will is that those legeces is to be properly devied as foles To my son John hogert fifteen shilens & to his son peter five shilens To my doteir Mary wife of John hilon Twenty shilens to my doter Ann wife of George hogart Twenty Shillens & to his son gorge five shillens to my doteir Elesabeth the wife of Thomas fennockes Twenty Shillens to my doteir aggey wife of william Child Ten Shillens to my doteir in Looe mary meade ton [sic] Shillens & sixe Pence to be paid them their Heirs or Assigns within six months after my Death to my son Thomas Shooe I do heir by give the stock & Crope & house hould gouds & wich sade Thomas I do herby Constitute & appoint my whole & Sole Executor of This my last will and Testement giving him & devising to him all The Rest & Residue of my Personal Estate
In Witness wheir I have hereunto Set and Put my Hand and Seal this 7th [or 9th] march 1786
