| This is the Last Will and Testament
of me Sarah Hoggart of Hawkhouse in the Parish of Bilsdale in the County
of York Widow
First I give and Bequeath to my Daughter Hannah the Wife of John Mead the sum of Fifty Pounds Also I give and Bequeath to my daughter Margaret the Wife of Thomas King the sum of One pound one Shilling and also to my Grand Daughter Jane the Wife of Johnathon Hart the sum of One Hundred Pounds al the Afforesaid legacies to be paid to them within Twelve Calendar Months next after my Decease, Item as to for and Conserning all the Rest and Residue of my goods Ready Money debts Securities for Money Household Goods and all Other my Personal estate whatsoever and Wheresoever and of what nature or Quality the same may be after payment of my debts Legacies and Funeral Expences and proving this my Will I give and Bequeath to my Daughter Sarah Hoggart her Executors Administrators and Assigns to and for her and theire own use and Benefit absolutely, and I do hearby constitute ordain and Appoint my Said Daughter Sarah Hoggart Sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament hearby revoking and Making void all Former Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hearunto set my Hand and Seal this Fourth day of May In the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Nineteen. day of September in the year of our Lord 1820 Sarah Hoggart of Hawk-house
in Bilsdale in the Parish of Helmsley County of York Spinster the daughter
& sole Executrix named in this the last Will & Testament of Sarah
Hoggart late of Hawk-House aforesaid, in the Diocese of York, widow deceased,
was sworn well and truly to execute & perform the same & that the
whole of the Goods, Chattels & Credits of the said deceased, within
the Diocese of York do not amount in value to the sum of two Hundred Pounds
