Judy and Arnold Hogarth chose Fallbrook as their home over 25 years ago and have never regretted it. Their children attended all levels of grades in the Fallbrook - Bonsall area and both have been active in the community as members of Rotary, the Bonsall Woman's Club, and a variety of volunteer positions including Judy's term as President of both the Fallbrook Association of Realtors and National Charity League, and as a past director of the Fallbrook Boys' and Girls' Club.
Born in Pasadena and raised on a 75 acre farm in Newhall, Judy graduated from the University of Redlands and taught 4th grade at Hate Elementary in Pasadena. She was voted outstanding female athlete in each of her three years at high school. Since then she has been a top tennis player, an award winning 10K and half marathon runner, and now enjoys gardening, working out, and travel. She has three grown married daughters living in Irvine, Yuma, and Fallbrook and two grandchildren.
Flying F-86 jet fighters in Okinawa and the Philippines for the Air Force in the 1950's was one of Arnold's favorite times. Born in Richmond, VA and raised in Long Beach, he received a BS in mathematics from UC Long Beach in 1959, and has earned a living over the years in the electronics business, with real estate investments and sales, and as a professional pilot. He has 3 grown children with a son in Seal Beach and daughters in Fallon, NV and Vista.
For over two decades Fallbrook has been more than just a place for Judy and Arnold-it has been a way of life. In 1972 they made a choice and moved to Fallbrook. Since then, they've made a lot of choices. Getting married in Carmel, CA, in January of 1990 was a very good choice. Starting an air charter company in 1984 that ended in an airplane crash was not good. But buying Real Estate Market's north office in July of 1987 and immersing themselves in a profession that has awarded them numerous trophies over the years for top sales performance, was good. Today they are acknowledged as one of the most experienced, innovative, and productive forces in the sale of residential properties in the Fallbrook area.
